Cancellation Policy
Cancelling is a one-line email; the only thing that matters is how quickly it reaches us.
Before dispatch
Write to [email protected] or telephone (214) 731-6019. An unpicked order is cancelled and refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Realistically the window is about 12 hours on a working day. Later than that and it depends on where the order has got to.
After dispatch
After dispatch we cannot stop the parcel. Either refuse it at the door or take delivery and return it.
Refused deliveries are refunded on their return here, minus any outbound postage you paid.
Partial cancellation
Removing a single item is fine before packing. Should it push the order below the free-shipping level, we confirm the new total with you first.
When we cancel
Sometimes we have to cancel — no stock, a pricing error, or a failed fraud check. You get a full refund and an email explaining which.
Subscriptions and back-orders
There are no subscriptions here and no recurring payments. Back-ordered items can be cancelled until they dispatch.
